What's that?? -Updated-

I was walking near the FROZEN PEAK when I heard the bushes moving, and quickly I took out my camera and took that photo! What Pokémon is it?

I'm really angry that today's I've been alert that in DA there is someone with two of my eeveevolutions with a little redesign and recolored... I reported that and DA send me that:

"A member of staff has reviewed this report and has determined that while some similarities exist between this work and the other work cited the works are substantially different and these similarities are not conclusive and could in fact be coincidental.

As a result no action has been taken."

WHAT!?

Soy just CHECK THEM, they are EXACTLY like my VENEON and SCORPEON!

His "Toxeon" (AKA VENEON!) also has the same colors! And they aren't plagiarism?

Hey Dziesma, I got new you want to hear. Remember the deviation you complained to be a Plagiarism of your own creation? I read your complain in your journal and definitely got pissed (because it happened to me once) so I went and sent another report to DA and also complained about their poor decision and understanding of "Plagiarism". Guess what? I personally succeeded in ridding that copycatting s*** from existence. I received a notice this morning that DA re-reviewed the art and REMOVED, I repeat, REMOVED the deviation. Ha! Victory baby! :D I won't allow any noob to get away with imitating anybody's anything again. Your justice has been served bro.

Oh, you can check the link you posted to make sure it's permanently gone. I've checked and confirmed. Now you won't have to worry about prick evading away from copying your art anymore. I ensure you if that loser even thinks of copying someone else's design again, he's gonna have to deal with me first because I take this nonsense very and I mean VERY seriously.
